ZEROXCARE JADE QUARTZ 9H PRO

Thank you for choosing ZeroxCare Jade Ceramic Coating 9H, our premium-grade nano-ceramic coating designed to provide unmatched gloss, hydrophobic performance, and long-term protection for your vehicle’s surfaces.

This limited warranty certifies that the ZeroxCare Jade Ceramic Coating 9H has been professionally applied to the above-mentioned vehicle and is warranted against:

• Loss of gloss and depth due to oxidation

• UV damage and fading

• Corrosion or chemical etching (pH tolerance 2–12)

• Staining from environmental contaminants (tree sap, bird droppings, bug splatter, etc.)

• Surface roughness from road grime and dirt buildup

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Coverage Period: This warranty is valid for three (3) years from the date of professional application.

2. Professional Application Required: Warranty is valid only when applied by an authorized ZeroxCare technician or detailing center.

3. Proper Maintenance:

   • Vehicle must be washed regularly using pH-neutral shampoos.

   • Avoid abrasive or acidic cleaners and automatic car washes with brushes.

   • Rejuvenation top-coats or inspections may be required annually to maintain full warranty coverage.

4. Exclusions:

   • Damage due to accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.

   • Pre-existing surface imperfections or repainted panels.

   • Vandalism, fire, flood, hail, or natural disasters.

   • Matte or satin finishes are not covered under this gloss retention warranty.

CLAIM PROCESS:

To initiate a claim, the customer must:

• Contact ZeroxCare or the authorized installer within 30 days of noticing a defect.

• Provide this warranty certificate and proof of purchase.

• Present the vehicle for inspection at a ZeroxCare-approved service center.

If a valid claim is approved, ZeroxCare will either:

• Reapply the ceramic coating free of charge, or

• Provide equivalent corrective treatment at its discretion.
