- Attach the ZeroxCare 5" Microfiber Cutting Pad to your DA polisher with a 5" backing plate.
- Prime the pad by applying a thin layer of cutting compound across the microfiber surface.
- Apply 3–4 small drops of your preferred compound to the pad.
- Set your polisher to a low speed to spread the product evenly across the panel.
- Increase speed and apply moderate pressure, working in a 2' x 2' area with overlapping passes.
- Inspect the results. Wipe off residue with a clean microfiber towel.
- Repeat as necessary, then follow up with a polishing pad for finishing
- Clean the pad frequently during use with compressed air or a pad cleaning brush to maintain cutting performance.
